“Cancer Prevention in the Asian American Community of Greater Houston” is a collaborative project between Asian American Health Coalition-HOPE Clinic, Light and Salt Association and the Asian Cancer Council (an umbrella organization for 18 Asian community organizations). The main goal of this project is to reduce the cancer burden in Asian Americans in Houston.

The specific aims are: To develop and implement a coordinated and comprehensive annual outreach plan with all collaborating partners and to develop and implement a coordinated and evidence based cancer education plan with all collaborating partners.
