CPRIT’s Administrative Rulemaking Projects
Administrative rules help to explain how the state agency implements, interprets, or prescribes law or policy. Administrative rules may describe the procedure/practice requirements for a state agency. When CPRIT proposes new administrative rules or changes to existing administrative rules, it must do so through a rulemaking project. The rulemaking project, which is announced in the Texas Register, gives the public advance notice of agency rulemaking proceedings and of the contents of proposed rules so that interested persons may decide whether they wish to comment on the proposal.
There are no proposed administrative rule changes at this time.
